EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are happy with your new jewelry. Due to the handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, we do not generally accept returns. However, in case you’re not thrilled with your purchase, we offer exchanges or credit within 15 days from the date you receive your jewelry. Credit is valid for one year from the date it was issued. We do not provide refunds.
Any item returned must be properly packaged, boxed, and insured if it is shipped. The piece must be in new condition and show no signs of wear or mistreatment.
Discounted sales and special order sales are final and cannot be exchanged.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may offer a store credit or exchange.
